Refund and Returns Policy
At LilKnig Store, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and footwear to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
We accept returns for refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] before returning the product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be processed to the purchaser’s original payment method.
