Overview

At LilKnig Store, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and footwear to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.

Refunds

We accept returns for refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Certain items, such as undergarments, may not be eligible for refunds for hygiene reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing may take time.
3. Contact your bank; there may be delays in posting the refund.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] before returning the product.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be processed to the purchaser’s original payment method.

Shipping returns

To return your product:

• Email us at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
